If you're in Waikiki, we'll pick you up at your doorstep.

Times:

📱We call you the night before.

📱We call you the morning of.

🏨 7:45-8:00 am Waikiki hotel pickups.

➡️ 8:00 am leave Waikiki.

⬅️ 3:30 pm get back to Waikiki.

If you're staying at a Waikiki non-hotel, like a vacation rental or private residence c, just enter your pickup address in the comments during booking.

Around 7 hours, and we're flexible.

Our goal is to make sure everyone gets to see and do as much as possible, without it being too long.

⚠️ Please don't book any evening luaus, hot dates, or other evening activities with fixed times just in case we hit bad traffic on the way back.

Yes you can, but we'll try to nudge you not to, and here's why:

1. The time it takes to change, get situated, figure out your snorkels, snorkel, shower, dry off, change back, and use restrooms takes about 1.5 hours. During that time we can show you A LOT of more fun stuff.

2. The snorkel spot all the other tours visit to "snorkel with turtles" is lame for snorkeling — imagine 50 people in the water kicking up sand trying to spot turtles 10 ft away underwater.

We'll get you your turtles, don't you worry, but while the other tours are spending 1.5 hours fiddling with their snorkel gear, we'll already be having fun elsewhere!

If you're passionate about snorkeling, pick any of the Waikiki Beach catamarans that go to "Turtle Canyon" — they're awesome!

When we do semi-private tours with our 14 passenger van, there probably will be other fun people like yourself with us, and we always have lots of great time together 🥳

An added benefit of having a few others is that we always share experiences & recommendations that we've all found separately ℹ️

We've also found that parents like to hang out with other parents, couples with couples, and kids with kids 💬

If there are other people on tour with you, it's feels less like a day with strangers and more like a fun extended family reunion or BBQ, where you may not know everyone but everyone's cool & fun 🎉

One of our most common questions:

"What if other groups want to do different stops than we do?"

It's a valid question, but you'll never be limited by what another group wants to do, or doesn't want to do.

The way the island is set up, there's always something for everyone at each stop, or close by.

In all our years doing tours, we've never had anyone be limited or stuck doing something because of another group.

It may sound hard to believe, but trust us — it's a common concern with custom "mixed group" tours and we've got it down!

Although we welcome everyone, there are two scenarios where you might feel our tour isn't for you:

1. Someone has mobility issues — although we don't do much walking, there is some uneven terrain that can be slippery, and we will be getting in & out of the vehicle regularly.

2. You have children under 3 years old. We love the little ones, but since we're in a 14 passenger van, if the little ones get fussy it does take away from everyone else's experience. Bring em back after 3!

In short, our tour is best suited for those over 3 years of age with fair mobility.

Unfortunately our vehicles aren't wheelchair accessible.

Yes, and please let us know how many you need in the comments during booking so that we can reserve it for you.

You can cancel anytime, even the day of your tour, and we'll immediately initiate a FULL refund without questions or penalty.

Life happens, we get that, and we never play with people's money.

It usually takes two business days to receive your refund.

You can change dates at any time without penalty, provided we have availability.

Should you need to change to a day we're fully booked, we'll ty our best to arrange another 5-star tour guide we personally know and trust.

It sits higher than regular vehicles, so you'll have a great view.

Yes! We have a current "PUC" which lets us make commercial use of our vehicle, we're also commercially insured, and we're current on vehicle safety checks ✅

We respect the law and follow it 👮

We'll pick you up at your Waikiki doorstep between 7:45—8 am and get you back around 3:30 pm.

We recommend not booking something with a fixed time the evening of your tour, just in case of sudden bad traffic or road closures.

In general, you don't have to worry about the weather — it's almost always like the perfect summer day here ☀️

If we do get a big downpour though, and you'd like to cancel our day together, you can without penalty. We won't punish you for nature 🌦️

In general, though, even rainy days are lots of fun because the island changes a lot & is still really beautiful — it's just a different kind of day 🌈

Sure! We'll bring a cooler with ice for drinks, and we can make beverage & restroom stops too 🍹

Yes! If your have over 14 people, we'll get a 24 passenger bus (or buses) for your group 🚌

Where do we eat?

We stop for the best of the best food trucks — some featured on Diners, Drive-ins & Dives, Man vs Food 🍤

Is lunch included?

Lunch isn't included, because there are so many different options 🍖

You can expect to pay between $14-20 per plate, and you'll love the food!

Fun fact:

90% of "the other guys" take you a food stop because of their $4 / head kickbacks, and the food's frozen from Costco 🧊

We don't accept kickbacks, and we'll take you to where da foods on fire 🔥

How many stops?

Around 10.

We'll make collective decisions on which stops to spend more or less time at, and in some cases, skip.

How long is each stop?

It's hard to pin down an exact time for each stop, but the best way to describe it is:

We're there long enough to enjoy it, not feel rushed, and then move on so nobody gets bored and we can fit more into the day.

Each stop's duration is different, flexible, and catered to the group we have that specific day.

You'll be able to do everything in flip-flops (called slippas here,) but if possible bring tennis shoes too 👟

You won't need to bring swimwear or a towel, since we usually stay dry, but if you just have to get in the water you can bring em and we'll find a good beach for ya 🩳
